A version of the often copy/pasted user group bot, cleared of 220 lines of junk code.

Allows you to create three user groups, two to which users can be assigned to directly by the broadcaster, one which users join by tipping an amount set by the broadcaster.

Each user group an be assigned a specific tag before its name as well as a font and background colour.
