Hides messages with Arabic or Hebrew Characters

Full Description

This is my first bot and it's really simple. Messages with characters in the Hebrew and Arabic unicode range are marked as spam and hidden and the user is (optionally) given a warning. This will likely come in handy for a lot of rooms. Erovix spam is also hidden, eliminating the need for a second bot.
