Tip to take control of the Doxy!

Full Description

A version of Doxy/Hitachi torture where instead of many users controlling it, a single user makes a larger tip to control it. Other users can then tip the same amount to take control of it.

* Speed can be controlled from 0-9 by entering /0, /1, etc.

* Changes the room title to "We're playing Doxy control! Tip (tip amount) to take control of the Doxy!"

* Sends a notice every 5 minutes reminding people of the game. New users entering the room are also given a notice.

* Doxy controller gets a highlighted background and a little Nintendo controller icon next to their name.

* Doxy is spelled wrong in the title because I didn't know better when I created it
