Commands:
For Everyone:
/spanks: Sends a Notice to the User with the Spanks Total
For Mods/Broadcaster
/spankson: Enables Spanks
/spanksoff: Disables Spanks
/afkon: Starts a Spanks Deal
/afkoff: Ends the Spanks Deal
/spanked ####: Removes the specified number of Spanks from the Spanks Total (max length 4)
/addspanks ####: Adds Spanks to the Spanks Total (max length 4)
