A Counter for Spanks

Full Description

Commands:
For Everyone:
!spanks: Sends a Notice to the User with the Spanks Total.
For Mods/Broadcasters:
!spankson: Enables Spanks.
!spanksoff: Disables Spanks.
!afkon: Starts a Spanks Deal.
!afkoff: Ends the Spanks Deal.
!total: Displays how many times each tip has been activated.
Make sure to leave a space when using the following commands.
!spanked #: Removes # Spanks from the Spanks Total.
!addspanks #: Adds # Spanks to the Spanks Total
!timed (command) #: Activates the selected command after # minutes. When inserting the command leave out the ! (e.g. !timed spankson 3, would do the command spankson after 3 minutes)
