Custom Crew Bot - Allows you to set a custom title and text color for each member of your crew, as well as broadcaster only "Royals" list, and a "Friends" list for use by your chatmods

Crew Members:
* Allows for adding up to 40 different crew members
* Each one can have a unique title and text color
* Configurable by the broadcaster at bot launch
* When a crew member joins the chatroom or leaves the chatroom, a notice is printed to chat
* Example usage: The broadcaster could ask for tips in specific amounts to be a part of their "Pirate Crew" or "Ninja Crew" or similar

"Royal Friends" list
* Can set a custom title and text color that all Royal Friends members get in chat
* Only the broadcaster can modify the Royal Friends list (at bot launch or through bot commands)
* Example usage: Fan club members, other broadcasters, etc

"Friends" List
* Can set a custom title and text color that all Friends members get in chat
* Can be configured at bot launch or through bot commands by the broadcaster and chatmods
* Useful to chatmods for acknowleding good chatters and tippers

Ghost Users
* List of banned/silenced users that you actually want to hear from, but without clearing your ban list
* Messages from Ghost Users are converted to chat notices
* Can change the text color of notices from Ghost Users
* Can be configured at bot launch or through bot commands by the broadcaster and chatmods

Commands available:

/crewlist
- Lists the members of your "Crew".

/royallist
- Lists the members of the "Royal Friends" list

/addroyal (username)
- Add a user to the Royal list. Only available to the broadcaster.

/remroyal (username)
- Remove a user from the Royal list. Only available to the broadcaster.

/royaltitle (New Title)
- Change the title used by all members of the Royal Friends List. Only available to the broadcaster.

/friendlist
- Lists the members of the "Friends" list

/addfriend (username)
- Add a user to the Friends list

/remfriend (username)
- Remove a user from the Friends list

/friendtitle (New Title)
- Change the title used by all members of the Friends List.

/ghostlist
- Lists the members of the Ghost users

/addghost (username)
- Add a user to the Ghost list

/remghost (username)
- Remove a user from the Ghost list

/crewhelp
- Help with the bot commands

/colortest (fg) (bg) (fontweight)
- Useful for testing how the various colors would look.
- Example (red text, black background, bold): /colortest FF0000 000000 bold
