Bot version of Tasks & Punishments Roller (same functionality)

Dice rolling app intended for Femdom related rooms.

Currently supports 3 themed categories: Punishments, Tasks, and Rewards.

These can be individually turned off by setting the tip value to 0.

(Draw Panel does not function in bot version, only in the app, Gradients also do not work as a bot)

Command list:
*punishments - lists all possible punishments (host or mod send to all)
*tasks - lists all possible tasks (host or mod send to all)
*rewards - lists all possible rewards (host or mod send to all)
<3punishment - for host to give a free roll of a punishment
<3task - for host to give a free roll of a task
<3reward - for host to give a free roll of a reward

RECENT CHANGES:
- Added <3 commands for host
- Added flexible numbers of tasks, punishments, and rewards (all fields are still required, but can have from 0-20 of each category)
- Added Rare Rolls (base deactivated, base chance 1/50 (2%) per roll irrespective of number of prizes)
- Added more Rare options with flexible numbers on how many rares (not listed in commands lists)
- Added the ability to change your room subject through the app launch (105 custom character limit + token prices + up to 5 tags)
- Added an optional Coin Flip
