Dynamic edging app, capable of handling (theoretically) any combination of toy settings

As with all my bots, /help is caught and reports the specific help command /edgehelp

"Toy Name" is a string used to refer to your toy of choice.

"Start/Stop Cost" is the cost used to start or stop (toggles) the toy

"Increase Speed Cost" and "Decrease Speed Cost" are the cost to increase and decrease the speed setting of the toy. Leave these blank if your toy does not have speed settings.

"Speeds" is the number of speed levels your toy has.

"Pattern Cost" is the cost to change toy pattern. Leave this blank if your toy does not have patterns.

"Foreground Text Color" and "Background Text Color" are web format RGB strings (#RRGGBB) used to color the bot.
