Dynamic edging app, capable of handling (theoretically) any combination of toy settings

As with all my apps and bots, /help is caught and reports the specific help command: edge help (just enter that in chat)

Similarly with my other apps and bots, commands are recognized with and without the foreslash (/), and in many cases, with or without spaces (edgemenu or edge menu).

"Toy Name" is a string used to refer to your toy of choice. This is used to set the room title, and refer to the toy throughout the app.

"Start/Stop Cost" is the cost used to start or stop (toggles) the toy.

"Increase Speed Cost" and "Decrease Speed Cost" are the cost to increase and decrease the speed setting of the toy. Leave these blank if your toy does not have speed settings.

"Speeds" is the number of speed levels your toy has.

"Pattern Cost" is the cost to change toy pattern. Leave this blank if your toy does not have patterns.

"Text Color" is a web format RGB string (#RRGGBB) used to color the bot.
