Gender Select, Knock and Welcome

Make cam visible only for desired gender(s). Others may pay for viewing. Plus Gender-specific broadcaster notes and user welcome messages on enter and leave Plus gender avatar on messages. All features can be disabled separately. Use /ghelp for help.

My aim is to create a highly configurable and efficient Bot that takes care of all gender-specific needs of all broadcasters.

Please don't use it for unfriendly, gender-discriminating purposes.

Selective Cam Viewing implemented from scratch. Other functions based on "Knock Knock" and inspired by "Auto Welcome with Gender" and "GenderBot".

Note: Put it into a bot slot _before_ other bots using "/commands" to avoid breaking other bots command features.

Development note:
Cam display (tip-to-view) is work in progress. At the moment it is gender configureable and works basically: Simply put a price higher than 0. Per-minute-charging will be implemented in the next version.
