Full Description

This version of the Dorothy's Tip Goals app was inspired by LolaTheAngel who is VERY picky about her room title (among other things).

Updates:
- removes the text "Current Goal: " from the room title
- In goal announcements removes the blank notice lines when "No Border" is selected in setting 3N1
- Allows for a custom goal announcement message (at the bottom of the settings, setting 4)
