This version of Dorothy's Tip Goals was inspired by LolaTheAngel, who is VERY picky about her room title - and, let’s be honest, plenty of other things, too.

Updates:
- Removes the forced “Current Goal:” text from the room title and lets you customize the current goal prefix, such as “GOAL:”, or leave it blank for no prefix
- Allows the goal-complete announcement message to be customized using {goalnumber} and {goalname} placeholders
- Removes the extra blank notice lines around goal announcements when “No Border” is selected in setting 3N1
- Replaces the original panel background options with a smaller set of custom Lola-themed backgrounds that should be more reliable and better suited to the app layout
