Hidden Cam bot written for HiddenHeritage

Commands:

//stop (stop hidden cam session)
//quick, //q [tip] (start a hidden cam session immediately with optional [tip] amount, default is 200. This does not affect any settings set at bot initialisation.)
//xxx, //x (change tokens required to view)
//compare (compares viewer names against 'A' list)
//assl (list 'A' list)
//assa (add to 'A' list, applies for session only)
--- Broadcaster or Moderator ---
//start (start hidden cam session)
//time, //t |stop (timer control, input number of mins or stop)
//fin, //f [quiet|stop] (send session is finished notice every 30 seconds)
//add, //a (add user to list of approved hidden cam users)
//rem, //r (remove user from list of approved hidden cam users)
//warn, //w (sends a notice re. using a Flash browser on mobile devices)

NOTES: The //list command will display the total number of users with cam
access, if the broadcaster or a moderator uses the command the number of
users who tipped for cam access is also displayed.
Users who tipped for access and are then removed will still be counted in
the 'Tipped for view' total, (it still counts as they cannot recover
tokens during the session).
