Tip goal apps delete the subject and replace with the goal text. There is no way to save or read the subject (if I'm wrong, please PM me), so there is a field for the subject, which precedes the goal description.

This works for multiple goals (the max can be edited in the JS)
JS is hidden until I'm done working on it.
