Run a Party show where only members who purchase a ticket can access and see the show!

Settings:
price_start_ticket: the price of the ticket to pay for the users, before the show starts.
price_join_ticket : the ticket price to pay for users who join when the show has already started.
hide_message: Message to show during the show for members who are not participating.

Commands:

/start: starts the Party Show.
/stop: close the Party Show.
/check [username]: check if the user is present in the Party Show.
/remove [username]: Remove a member from the Party Show.
/list: returns the list of users present in the Party Show.
