Pay per View Keno (Beta)

This app is designed for Pay per View (PPV) shows (hidden camera shows)

Users have 3 ways to get a ticket for the PPV show.
1- Tipping a number of the board that has a prize
2- Tipping the full ticket prize
3- Manually added by the broadcaster

You have the option to set a different ticket prize before the ppv show started and after it started, so you can make the tickets cheaper if they are purchased in advance.

Commands:
/board - Displays the Keno Board
/tickets - Displats the list of users that have a ticket for the PPV show

Broadcaster Commands:
/add NAME - Gives a ticket to the specified user
/remove NAME - Removes a ticket to the specified user
/start - Starts the PPV show
/stop - Stops the PPV show (it can be restarted)
