Sequence tipping for the password to your show.

You set a starting price and the number of tokens you want to make overall before starting the show. The app calculates the final number in the sequence based on these numbers.

The sales begin and adverts are sent at intervals. The subject and the adverts keep track of what is the next number.
The app sends out the password to people who successfully tip for the password. It also highlights these people in chat.
If the final number in the sequence is reached or if the time limit (set by you) expires, then a period of extra time begins.
The subject changes to say that the show is about to begin. People can still tip for a last minute password but there is no guarantee they will see the password before you start the show.
You may wish to check that everyone who tipped has received the password but they can always re-request the password by typing /getpass
After extra time is over you receive a message telling you that you can start the show - at this point you do the normal thing to password protect your room (the app cannot do this for you).

Configuration settings:
Show name - The name of your show, this will be used in the subject and possibly in other messages to tell the users what they are tipping for
Password - This is the password that you will set on your room once the goal is reached (or the timer expires)
Starting ticket price - This is the price of the first ticket in the sequence
Allow over-tipping - If Yes, then a tip of any number above the next ticket number will get the ticket (the sequence will still increase by 1). If set to No then people must tip the exact next number, if two people tip the same, the first tipper gets the ticket and the other must try again with a higher tip.
Target total tokens - This is the number of tokens you want to make before starting the show. The app will then choose the right end number for the sequence to make you at least this amount. Note that if the timer expires before the target is reached, you will make fewer tokens.
Time limit for sales (minutes) - This is the time limit after which the final countdown to the show will start. Once this expires, the subject will change and there will be a short delay to allow everyone to make sure they have the password.
Interval between adverts (minutes) - This is the time between adverts giving details of the sequence app and how to tip for the password
Extra time between end of sales and start of show (minutes) - This is the time allowed after the main sales period when the subject will change to say that the show is about to begin. It allows people to ensure they have the password and also allows any last minute stragglers to tip for the password.

Broadcaster commands:
/timelimit - set the time limit for password purchases to minutes from now
/sendpass - send the password to all patrons now
/setnewpass - set the password to be and send the new password to all patrons
/listpatrons - get a list of all patrons
/addpatron - manually add
