Set a token goal and the users can tip forward to it. The highest tipper will be "The Joker" the second highest "Just the Batman".

- Special title for the highest tipper and highlighting in chat
- Special title for the second highest tipper and highlighting in chat
- The App responses to different tipps (1 token, 25-49 tokens, 50-99 tokens, 100 and more tokens) with comments of the joker
- Every five minute a joker qoute is posted, as chat notice
