Turn off Grey Chatter
Block users or Replace certain Words
Display original message to broadcaster on/off
Public words list - All users can see words
Private words list - Never shown to public
Block certain Users from chatting

COMMANDS:
ALL USERS:
!list or !l- shows public words to room.
!help - shows commands

MODS & BROADCASTER:
!add - add a word to the public list
!block - block a user
!unblock - unblock a user
!showusers or !su - shows which users are banned

BROADCASTER ONLY:
!addprivate - add word to the private list
!listprivate - shows private words to broadcaster only.
!allow - Change between Raplacing words and Blocking users
!display - Toggle display of original message on/off (to broadcaster only)
