Displays a special message for tippers either randomly or by tip amount.

The app will display a default message that thanks the tipper under the video window.

It also lets you enter up to 5 messages that can be displayed under the video window. You can optionally customize the message to include the tipper's name any place you want in the message by adding '&user'.

There are 2 ways the app determines which message to display.

1) if you leave the tip increment at zero, the app will display the messages at random.

2) if you enter a tip increment, the app will display the message corresponding to the amount of tip entered.
For example, if you enter 10 as the increment, then the message 1 will display if the tip is over 10, message 2 will display if the tip is over 20, message 3 will display if the tip is over 30, etc

'&user is a BIG spender!!!'

If you don't enter a message at one of the levels, then you will have one less level.

example; if you enter 10 for the tip increment and 3 messages, then you will have messages for levels of 10, 20 and 30 tokens.

if you do not enter any messages, then the app will default a message for you 'Your tip is appreciated &user'
