tip menu with up to 10 items
optional tip goal
tip goal can be one-time or resetting

commands:
/menu - shows current tip menu in chat (only to the user that typed the command)
/showmenu - available only to host, shows current tip menu to everyone in chat
/setgoal descrip,amount,reset_tips - available only to host, takes three arguments separated by commas:
descrip - goal description to display
amount - number of tokens
reset_tips - r to reset tips, leave blank to keep the tips already recorded; they will count towards the new goal.
e.g. /setgoal get naked,500,r

hardcoded replies:
/manyvids - shows manyvids link to user
/showmanyvids - available only to host, shows manyvids link to everyone
/howbig - available only to host, answers with my (Evie) dick length...
/howtall - available only to host, answers with my height
