Here is the list of available commands for your bot:

!help: Displays all available commands.

!points: Shows the user's current points.

!lb: Displays the current leaderboard.

!rules: Shows the rules for earning points.

1. Top Leader Notice
Customizable Message: You can set a custom message to announce the new top leader, using {user} to insert the username.
Customizable Color: You can change the color of the notice.

2. Points System
Tokens per Point: You can define how many tokens are needed to earn 1 point. (Default is 1 token = 1 point).

3. Tip Multipliers
Tip Ranges and Multipliers:
Tips between 100-999 tokens earn a 2x multiplier.
Tips between 999-4999 tokens earn a 3x multiplier.
Tips of 5000 or more tokens earn a 4x multiplier.
These multipliers are customizable in the settings.

4. Leaderboard
Post Condition: Choose whether to post the leaderboard when there is a new top leader or based on a command/timed setting.
Customizable Leaderboard Frequency: Set how often the leaderboard should be posted automatically in chat.
Top Tippers Count: Define how many top tippers to display on the leaderboard.

5. Rules System
Customizable Rules Color: Set the color for the rules notice in chat.
Rules Command: Users can type !rules to see the rules for earning points.

6. User Commands
!help: Shows all available commands.
!points: Shows the user's current points.
!lb: Displays the current leaderboard.
!rules: Shows the rules for earning points.

7. User Notifications
Points Earned Notification: Users receive a notification every time they earn points, including the number of points earned and their new total.

8. Real-Time Leader Updates
When a user becomes the new top leader, a customizable notice is sent to the chat.
