Users Vote between two choices while a countdown counts down

This is more of a work in progress that was thrown together in two days of my free time. I tried to keep it clean enough to hack on. So mix and match and feel free to link to your version in the comments.

This is a different kind of APP than a tip to get a goal app.

Instead you present two options and have your viewers vote on them while a timer counts down to the goal.

However, tips decrease the timer.

The hope is that you can have viewers engage with you more.
Maybe try to bribe you into listing their goal as an option, then compete against each other.

After every goal, you can set new goals and reset the timer.
Maybe just change one goal, maybe both.

But once the timer hits 0 the voting is closed and a winner is announced.
On a tie the winner is chosen at random.

When a user enters the channel they recieve a welcome and the help messages automatically.

Currently, resetting the options, votes, and timer is manual. However, if the timer is counting down then the voting is usually open.

Broadcaster Commands:
/svoA - Set Voting Option A
/svoB - Set Voting Option B
/svoTimer - Sets the timer. /\d(h|m|s)+ / format. 1 hour 32 minute 14 seconds would be: "/svoTimer 1h 32m 14s"
/svoTipped - Set tipped amount (No External Function Currently)
/svoResetVote - Resets the vote counts to 0
/svoOpen - Opens the voting up if currently Closed
/svoClose - Closes the voting if currently Open
/svoStart - Starts the timer
/svoStop - Stops the timer
/svoDump - (Advanced) Debugging Tool to see the state inside of the App
/svoHelp - Displays this message

Voter Help:
/vote A - Vote for option A
/vote B - Vote for option B

Your vote will only count once, however you may change your vote at any time.
Leaving the channel will cancel your vote. If you rejoin you will need to revote.

Timer Help:

Every tipped token will decrease the time by one second. So a 60 token tip will decrease the time by a minute.
